Privacy, Stated Plainly.
This is a short, honest summary of how SigmaX handles data. SigmaX Capital LLC is the entity responsible for the data described here (the data controller). The public web surface is demonstration software with live connectors disabled, and the client portal is read-only. We collect only what is needed to operate the site and respond to access requests.
The Short Version.
- 01What data is processed
On the public site, we process basic request information and anything you choose to submit through a contact or access-request form — typically your name, email, organization, and message. We do not require account data to browse the public site.
- 02The web surface is demo-only
The public website is a demonstration surface. Live connectors are disabled, no provider tokens are exchanged, and no external action is taken. Figures and charts shown on the site are illustrative samples, not client data.
- 03The client portal is read-only
The client portal observes and explains. It does not move money, execute, or take external action, and it grants no live capital authority. Any capital-linked pathway is handled outside this surface under separate governance.
- 04How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, operate and secure the site, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
- 05Retention and your choices
We retain submitted information only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided or as required by law. To ask what we hold, or to request correction or deletion, contact us using the address below.

SigmaX provides capital decision intelligence, scenario analysis, and authority workflow software. SigmaX does not provide investment advice. SigmaX does not place trades, move funds, route customer capital, or manage client capital. Shadow/simulated/paper/backtested results are not live trading results. No result is a guarantee of future performance. Human approval is required before any capital-linked action.
Where SigmaX uses AI, it is governed as assistive software: truthful capability claims, human oversight, traceable records, disclosure of AI assistance, and no capital authority. SigmaX designs AI controls with reference to applicable securities obligations, FINRA existing-rule guidance, SEC AI-claims discipline, NIST AI RMF-style risk management, and EU AI Act transparency readiness. This is compliance-readiness design, not a claim that every deployment or jurisdiction-specific use has completed legal review.
