SigmaX exists to make capital decisions defensible. The goal is not to look powerful; it is to make misrepresentation structurally hard — every claim carries its evidence, and no capability is implied that the system cannot actually prove.
Capital-linked signals turn into emails, committee notes, and manual approvals, while the firm still has to prove — later, to a committee or a regulator — that each decision was allowed before it moved.
SigmaX turns that fragile step into a governed decision record: the proposed action, the mandate check, the evidence, the required approver, the route status, and the audit trail. It informs and structures the decision; a named human authorizes it.
SigmaX does not trade, custody assets, move money, route customer capital, or replace human authorization. Capital movement stays with the authorized human, adviser, institution, or venue under their own controls.

SigmaX Capital is founder-led. Jeffery Kunz founded the company to build the governance layer for AI-assisted capital decisions — the record that proves what was allowed before capital moves.

Aspects of the SigmaX platform — including its fail-closed candidate-promotion gate and related evidence-governance architecture — are the subject of seven U.S. provisional patent applications filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, covering six distinct inventions.

Where SigmaX uses AI, it is governed as assistive software: truthful capability claims, human oversight, traceable records, disclosure of AI assistance, and no capital authority. SigmaX designs AI controls with reference to applicable securities obligations, FINRA existing-rule guidance, SEC AI-claims discipline, NIST AI RMF-style risk management, and EU AI Act transparency readiness. This is compliance-readiness design, not a claim that every deployment or jurisdiction-specific use has completed legal review.
