Capital decision intelligence, not advice
SigmaX is capital decision intelligence and authority workflow software. We turn decision theses, system signals, evidence logs, mandate checks, Preflight results, and human authorization records into ActionIntent packets and audit-ready decision records. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing we provide is tailored to your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. We are not a fiduciary to you.
No trade execution, no capital, no signals
SigmaX does not place trades, move funds, route customer capital, or manage, custody, or access client capital, accounts, keys, or wallets. We do not provide “signals” or personalized recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Any capital movement is decided and carried out outside SigmaX by the authorized human decision-maker and their chosen venue. Human approval is required before any capital-linked action.
Simulated, shadow, and backtested results are not live results
A material portion of SigmaX output is hypothetical, simulated, shadow, paper, or backtested. Hypothetical and backtested performance is not actual performance: it is not a record of real trading and does not reflect real capital at risk. Simulated results are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight, and no simulation can fully account for real-world execution — fills, queue position, latency, liquidity, market impact, adverse selection, funding, and changing conditions. Shadow and out-of-sample results are forward-tracked evidence, not live results.
No guarantee of future performance
No result is a guarantee of, or a reliable indicator of, future performance. We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that any idea, card, mutation, strategy, or analysis will be profitable or will avoid loss. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of all capital. You assume all risk of any decision you make.
Honesty about our own board
Honest sample board: 0 green, 5 blue, 5 yellow, 5 red, 5 gray. Green remains 0 until a predefined evidence gate is actually earned. Demo/sample records never become live proof.
A “green” Canary Card requires a passed out-of-sample gate; many ideas never reach it. Green is earned by evidence, not assumed.
