   AI Isolation

   Specialist agents analyze observations, generate hypotheses, and challenge weak ideas under Investment Committee review. They cannot authorize capital, move funds, remove risk controls, or override capital governance. Architecturally enforced and CI-tested.

   Authority Model

   Capital authority is single-rooted and operator-bound. The Capital Governance Office controls certification, execution envelopes, risk budgets, kill-switch state, and authorization. This office sits outside the current surface; SigmaX surfaces it as policy, not as capability.

   Allocation Authorization

   When and only when Market Access Review, Implementation Analytics, and Benchmark Validation agree, an opportunity may be promoted to Shadow-Qualified. Live allocation authorization happens elsewhere, after benchmark validation, operator approval, and a separate capital-governance review.

   Risk Controls

   Each authorization carries a governed envelope with bounded caps on notional, maximum loss, and hold window. Caps are governed by policy and cannot be loosened by override. Persistent kill-switch state and cooldown discipline preserve posture across runs.

   Decision Records

   Every authorization decision, validation outcome, allocation event, attribution update, and certification change is designed to be traceable through a decision record — an audit-chained lineage from observation to outcome.

   Performance Attribution

   Documented outcomes feed account state, drawdown discipline, cooldowns, opportunity health, and future priority. The compounding loop closes through documented attribution — not narrative.

AI never authorizes capital. Capital movement happens only through certified, deterministic, capital-governance-reviewed pathways outside this surface.
