Authority Remains Separate from Analysis.
SigmaX separates research, validation, capital authority, allocation readiness, and performance attribution into distinct control layers. None can override the next.
AI analyzes. Deterministic systems validate. Capital remains governed.
What this surface does not grant.
- AI has no capital authority.
- The client portal has no capital authority.
- The current SigmaX surface is read-only and operator-supervised.
- Allocation readiness is not live capital authorization.
- Any capital-linked pathway requires separate capital-governance review.
- No live capital authority is granted by this surface.
Six Layers. Each Independent.
Capital authority is gated layer by layer. No layer can override the next. Analysis and authority are structurally separated.
- 01AI Isolation
Specialist agents analyze observations, generate hypotheses, and challenge weak ideas under Investment Committee review. They cannot authorize capital, move funds, remove risk controls, or override capital governance. Architecturally enforced and CI-tested.
- 04Risk Controls
Each authorization carries a governed envelope with bounded caps on notional, maximum loss, and hold window. Caps are governed by policy and cannot be loosened by override. Persistent kill-switch state and cooldown discipline preserve posture across runs.
- 05Decision Records
Every authorization decision, validation outcome, allocation event, attribution update, and certification change is designed to be traceable through a decision record — an audit-chained lineage from observation to outcome.
- 06Performance Attribution
Documented outcomes feed account state, drawdown discipline, cooldowns, opportunity health, and future priority. The compounding loop closes through documented attribution — not narrative.
AI never authorizes capital. Capital movement happens only through certified, deterministic, capital-governance-reviewed pathways outside this surface.
