AIgentXS · Start with one workflow
Make the first connection count.
Start with a conversation about the decision your team needs to govern. We will work through the evidence, the boundary, and what a useful first test should show.
This starts a scoped conversation. It does not activate a connector or open a self-serve sector trial.

- 0:00Across your business, AI agents are already proposing actions.
- 0:04Nobody can read them all.
- 0:05So the ones that do not conform go through anyway.
- 0:09AIgentXS puts one control point in front of processing.
- 0:13A non-conforming instruction stops here, not after the fact.
- 0:18One engine runs seven verticals,
- 0:20each with its own policy pack.
- 0:22Capital, credit and insurance, health, workforce,
- 0:26cyber, AI compute, robotics.
- 0:29Different packs, identical contract,
- 0:32rule, evidence, authority, record.
- 0:36In every vertical, you define the same five things.
- 0:40Scope, limits, evidence, screening, data access.
- 0:45AIgentXS connects to your system of record read-only.
- 0:48It never edits your data.
- 0:51Then a human authorizes the mandate once.
- 0:54That authorization is what makes the automation legitimate.
- 0:59From then on, every proposed action is checked
- 1:02against the mandate automatically.
- 1:04Conforming actions are released with the check on record.
- 1:07AIgentXS monitors for drift and flags
- 1:09only the non-conforming ones.
- 1:13Your people never see the thousands that behaved.
- 1:16They see the handful that did not.
- 1:20Each exception is routed by failure mode
- 1:22to the owner who can resolve it.
- 1:25Missing evidence to operations.
- 1:27Limit breaches to risk.
- 1:30Screening mismatches to compliance.
- 1:32Once rectified, the action is rechecked
- 1:35against the same mandate.
- 1:38It conforms, it turns green, and it passes the gate.
- 1:42AIgentXS checks and records.
- 1:44Your systems process.
- 1:47It does not matter which assistant, model, vendor,
- 1:50or script proposed the action.
- 1:52Every one of them meets the same contract.
- 1:55Rule, evidence, authority, record.
- 1:59No model access, no agent replacement,
- 2:02and read only on your data.
- 2:05Your AI, your data, your rules.
- 2:10AIgentXS, governed AI transactions.
- 2:14Connect read only, configure the mandate.
- 2:17Stay in control.
The AIgentXS architecture, explained · 2:21. Explore how proposals, evidence, rules, and responsibility fit together.
A useful first step, with a defined boundary
From the work you know to a test you can judge.
- 01
Choose one workflow
Name the proposed action, its value to the team, and the person responsible.
- 02
Agree the minimum data
Identify the sources needed, permitted access, retention, and any separate model-sharing consent.
- 03
Validate access and mandate
Confirm the organizational boundary, required evidence, reviewer, and recovery path.
- 04
Define a scoped test
Agree the test conditions and success criteria before initiating any read-only or propose-only evaluation.
- 05
Review the records together
Inspect findings, unresolved items, and what the evidence actually establishes. Decide the next step.
When one mission crosses more than one sector
Fictional mission MISSION-042: prepare an inference result for a cold-chain move. The shared reference connects the evidence; each team retains its own authority.
Checks the approved region and budget. Admitting compute does not permit a robot to move.
Inspect Compute →Checks the current scene and task. An inference result does not establish a clear aisle or permission to resume.
Inspect Robotics →Checks the target, authority and recovery evidence. Neither team inherits incident-response permission.
Inspect Cyber →Bring the workflow. We’ll work through the questions.
Describe the action and who owns it. Leave credentials and customer documents out of the first inquiry. Scope, access and capability availability are confirmed before implementation.
