A recommendation is not permission
An AI agent, proposal engine, portfolio tool, or adviser workflow can produce a useful action without proving that the account, mandate, policy, and evidence permit it.
Platforms can generate research, insights, tasks, model changes, and recommendations. The unresolved boundary is whether the resulting capital action is permitted, sufficiently evidenced, and authorized—and who remains responsible for that determination.
SigmaX exposes no execution endpoint and does not submit orders, move money, custody assets, or decide suitability on behalf of the client. The platform and its customers retain their existing regulated responsibilities and authority boundaries.
An AI agent, proposal engine, portfolio tool, or adviser workflow can produce a useful action without proving that the account, mandate, policy, and evidence permit it.
As platforms add AI and workflow automation, clients need a clear line between generating an idea, validating requirements, authorizing it, and executing it.
The evidence, required approver, policy result, exception, route state, and final disposition are often represented differently—or not at all—across systems.
Return the proposed action, evidence state, mandate and policy result, required approver, route eligibility, impact reference, and audit reference in one governed shape.
A proposal can be allowed, approval-required, held, blocked, paper-ready, or draft-handoff ready. Missing proof does not silently become permission.
The model or platform never inherits the principal’s authority. A named person approves, holds, or blocks according to the client’s configured workflow.
SigmaX supplies the decision-control and evidence object while execution, custody, suitability, advice, and legal responsibility remain with the appropriate parties.
Use one bounded scenario: an AI-generated adviser task, model update, rebalance proposal, client exception, investment recommendation, or portfolio-system handoff. The question is build, partner, adjacent, or unnecessary—not a forced integration.
Identify what the existing platform produces and the exact point at which the output could influence a capital-linked workflow.
Map the evidence, mandate, policy, approver, exception, route, and audit fields the downstream system actually needs.
Test a read-only API or sample payload without production credentials, execution endpoints, or customer-capital access.
Determine whether SigmaX should be embedded, remain adjacent, support a lighthouse client, or be rejected because the platform already solves the problem.
Start with one completed, de-identified decision. No production integration, system credentials, trading access, custody access, or change to existing authority is required to determine whether the control gap is real.
SigmaX provides capital decision intelligence, scenario analysis, and authority workflow software. SigmaX does not provide investment advice. SigmaX does not place trades, move funds, route customer capital, or manage client capital. Shadow/simulated/paper/backtested results are not live trading results. No result is a guarantee of future performance. Human approval is required before any capital-linked action.
Where SigmaX uses AI, it is governed as assistive software: truthful capability claims, human oversight, traceable records, disclosure of AI assistance, and no capital authority. SigmaX designs AI controls with reference to applicable securities obligations, FINRA existing-rule guidance, SEC AI-claims discipline, NIST AI RMF-style risk management, and EU AI Act transparency readiness. This is compliance-readiness design, not a claim that every deployment or jurisdiction-specific use has completed legal review.
