SigmaX Capital Intelligence — Platform Brief.
SigmaX does not chase signals.
SigmaX qualifies opportunities — across surfaces.
Continuous observation. Investment Committee review. Benchmark validation. Capital-governed allocation readiness.
SigmaX is engineered for environments where allocation decisions require evidence, governance, and execution discipline. The platform converts raw market activity into structured Investment Memos and preserves Decision Record from observation to outcome. Spot crypto and prediction markets are the operating research surfaces today; equities, options, and multi-asset coverage extend the same investment standard as access providers complete certification.
Market surfaces define opportunity.Access providers route.Capital governance is single-rooted.Allocation Readiness is the only path from evidence to capital consideration.
Each market surface — spot crypto, prediction markets, on-chain context, equities, options, multi-asset — has its own observation, implementation cost model, and benchmark categories.
Institutional access providers supply observation and authorization channels for each surface. Providers certify through a documented track; nothing is auto-certified.
Observe → Review → Validate → Prioritize → Govern → Attribute. The same workflow applies whether the candidate is a stablecoin basis opportunity, a prediction-market mispricing, or a future equity setup.
Investment Committee, wallet research, on-chain context, prediction-market research, and discovery modules cannot reach allocation authorization. Architecture tests verify the rule on every commit.
Eight investment-review disciplines. One capital-governance framework.
Each row is a real, tested capability in the codebase — not a policy statement.
- Capital IntelligenceContinuous observation across spot crypto, prediction markets, on-chain context, and — with adapter certification — equities, options, and multi-asset surfaces. The same investment standard applies everywhere.
- Investment ReviewThree-seat Investment Committee — Portfolio Architect, Risk Review, Research Analyst — issues closed-enum decisions under Committee Chair authority. AI proposes hypotheses; deterministic systems confirm with on-disk evidence.
- Investment Memo registerClosed-enum readiness ladder over pair × expression × access provider × cost structure. Promotions and retirements are governed by accumulating evidence — not by narrative.
- Allocation PriorityAllocation Priority Model assigns risk-adjusted priority across qualified candidates and follow-on review mandates. Capacity flows to the strongest evidence first.
- Market Access certificationEach access provider walks a documented institutional certification track. A provider can observe markets indefinitely without being permitted to authorize allocation.
- Allocation ReadinessDecision Record, audit-chained authorization, idempotent submission, and explicit operator authorization on every allocation decision. The current SigmaX surface is read-only.
- Risk governanceGoverned envelopes cap capital; persistent kill-switch and cooldown discipline preserve posture; controlled validation precedes any new surface; AI is architecturally isolated from authorization.
- Performance AttributionDocumented outcomes feed account state, sizing posture, attribution throttle, and per-opportunity cooldowns. The platform learns from its own results.
What the platform operates today.
Each row is a durable institutional capability. Posture labels describe the discipline of that capability. The Current Status page describes the most recent reported state.
| Capability | Posture |
|---|---|
| Continuous market-data observation | Always-on |
| Investment Committee workflow | Three institutional seats |
| Investment Memo register | Closed-enum readiness ladder |
| Implementation Analytics | Cost · Impact · Capacity |
| Capital Governance Office | Outside this surface |
| Allocation Readiness Framework | Shadow → Paper → Pilot |
| Architecturally enforced AI Isolation | CI-verified |
| Decision Record | Audit-ready |
| Capital Intelligence engine | Spot crypto + prediction markets |
| On-Chain Safety Context | Scan-only |
| Wallet-Behavior Research | Research-only |
| Cross-Asset Certification Track | Future certification |
Capabilities, not return claims.

Staged readiness. No shortcuts.
An opportunity does not move from promising research to capital exposure. It moves through a documented sequence. Each stage must land before the next opens. Live capital authority sits outside this surface.
- 01Observation
Read-only market and account ingestion.
- 02Review accumulation
Continuous observation, Investment Committee review, and benchmark validation accumulate per-opportunity evidence over time.
- 03Access provider certification
Each access provider walks a documented institutional certification track before any authorization permission is granted.
- 04Opportunity qualification
A specific opportunity becomes Shadow-Qualified after market access review, implementation analytics, and benchmark validation all pass.
- 05Shadow allocation
Operator-supervised non-capital execution outcomes feed Performance Attribution under bounded readiness conditions.
- 06Paper allocation pilot
Gate-blocked: not available until at least one Shadow-Qualified opportunity exists and shadow performance attribution is positive.
- 07Sustained institutional review
Auditable track record accumulates across regimes and access providers before broader capital is considered.
- 08Broader capital consideration
Broader external capital participation is appropriate only after every prior stage is complete and durable across multiple surfaces, and only through the Capital Governance Office outside this surface.
Broader external capital participation is appropriate only after the full observation, review, validation, and governance stack is operating with sustained, auditable lineage. Any capital-linked or performance-based structure requires appropriate legal and regulatory review.
Structural discipline, not signal automation.
SigmaX is not:
- a trading bot or signal-selling service
- a guaranteed-return product
- a black-box automated strategy
- a system that grants capital because an idea looks promising
SigmaX is institutional Capital Intelligence. It is engineered to make capital deployment harder to authorize, easier to audit, and faster to adapt once evidence supports action.
Sequenced, evidence-gated.
- Basis Benchmark IntegrationIndependent observation cohorts from peg-stability windows and shadow performance outcomes contribute to benchmark validation, satisfying the institutional independence rule.
- Real implementation-cost source pluggabilityReal network-cost source so quote-time market access reviews carry complete implementation cost evidence rather than fallback approximations.
- Basis Opportunity ExtractorWires peg-stability monitor evidence directly into the Basis Investment Review, removing manual edge inputs from the operator path.
- Regime & Performance AnalyticsPair learning events to outcomes so Investment Committee priority and forecast calibration improve over time, with per-seat and per-program calibration.
- Cross-Asset Certification TrackDocument the institutional certification track for equities, options, and multi-asset access providers. The investment standard and authorization router are asset-agnostic by design.
- Selective platform onboardingSelective platform conversations aligned with disciplined, evidence-governed review workflows. Access is private and reviewed individually.
